Banks Period Homes, LLC

Based upon the long since razed Governor Levi Woodbury mansion in Portsmouth NH, this reproduction has been reduced in depth to accommodate the building site while maintaining the exact proportions of the original façade.  The hand crafted interior details borrow design cues from the many preserved sea captain's mansions of the Piscataqua River region of New Hampshire and Maine, including the completely handmade "Piscataqua Staircase" with alternating hand turned balusters, subrail, end panels and scrolls, and an open newel post.
